DSTV Communal Connectivity Issues

5years later the old man is still as grumpy @ fordguy. Its been a week since I asked him to send a service provider and he still has not. How did you eventually get out of this?
 
Hi i moved to new complex yesterday. They show me big multiswitch with 2 avaliable port. Can i connect my dstv switch with these ports ?
