DSTV E50 Error

Hi everyone

While watching the rugby my DSTV died on me and came back with the following error:

"E50 No Channels exist in the bouquet you have selected Please select anonther bouquet"

We are on a communal dish and all the others' are working, except mine.

I tried resetting the decoder many times, but nothing helps.

Anyone able to give me some advise?

Check the lnb cable between your decoder and wall socket is not damaged and firmly in place.

If your complex requires additional home network and network 1 , 2 etc then make sure those are set correctly.

If you know how to input all your settings back into the decoder then maybe reset to factory defaults as a last resort and then put in your required settings back in.

Assume you have called the Multichoice call centre? Have you posted on the forum at dstv.com?
