DStv HD channels - lip sync issues solved yet?

I have the PVR 2P and also get audio lipsynch issues but mainly when i put it on dolby digital thru HDMI (sometimes it does work though). Otherwise stero works with no issues 99% of the time through the hdmi

Those are questions only DSTV can properly answer.

The problem is not only with HDMI - its also with optical... seems worse when using surround sound.

It doesn't matter if you use an externam amp or not.

Some people have the problem, some claim not too.
