The SABC and MultiChoice will launch an entertainment channel on DStv.

What SA sorely lacks is a 24-hour, general entertainment, English-only, free-to-air channel. I cannot think of a single country in the world with matching GDP, matching population size, which has English as the primary language of business and government, yet has no channel matching this most basic of essential requirements. I can think of many with lower GDP, with a lower prevalence of English, that have just such a channel. I can only conclude that Multichoice, SABC, government and ICASA have colluded to ensure this never happens.

Its on all the bouquets but I think they will probably put this on the digital service once its officially launched.
