No video preview when hovering over a title.
No skip intro button
If you want to skip forward manually the video progress bar does not pop up an image so you have to guess when you passed the intro
The streaming quality is horrendous. I can stream Netflix comfortably at 720p while downloading.
I can't stream Dstv comfortably at any P when it's the only thing open on my PC.


And they want to start a 'streaming service' at 4 times the cost?

It's about milking the consumer as fast as possible, buy some 3rd party platform from some highly talented Indian contractors, hack in branding, and you're set to sign the debit orders of the sheeple.

the most annoying thing for me is that the episode image/tiles per channel often don't automatically update once the episode is over.

For example, an episode that shows (in a particular channel under Live TV) as running from 13:30 - 14:00, often still has its image displaying on the channel's LiveTV tile after 14:00 - even with a completely full "progress bar" indicating that its finished, so you have to actually start watching each of the channels to figure out what's playing.

Doesn't seem to happen all the time and it may not be with all channels.. I haven't played close enough attention to establish clear patterns.

Anyone else noticed the same?

Same here. It might just be a technical issue somewhere or when there's load on the Servers. Unsure, but I've seen the same. I either open a channel or view the TV Guide to see what's playing.

It doesn't.
I'm using it to cast from my phone to Chromecast. They've started displaying large images of certain movies or shows to watch before selecting a channel recently. So, once I've cast, but haven't chosen what to watch. It's irritating because the image flickers. It looks like my TV loses signal briefly and returns. If those ads aren't displayed then there's no flicker. Don't fix what isn't broken....
