DSTV Now Update

Anybody struggling with the latest DSTV Now update? I see they now have a code system in place, where you have to enter a code to access the app. However doing that doesnt work at all. Cant access DSTV Now. Had to revert to an older version of the app.
 
It does work...using the new app fine. What box you using? Because there are a few threads regarding this.

Can confirm worked quick and easy, found a small bug on the UI, if you try to quickly browse all the live channels (hold in the right arrow button) it will work for a bit then automatically drop down the navigation bar from the top again, small but picked that up already.

This UI looks like the UI we shall see for the Apple TV too.

Have an Mi Box, purchased a week ago and DSTV now was working a treat.... then new App updated.

Clicked on App, taken to screen with App Logo and then text instructing to go to a webpage : now.dstv.com/tv and then enter a code that appears on the screen. This is where my technical ability grinds to a halt.

so
1. How does one go to that page ? Tried clicking, every button on the remote, all over the screen... no luck. Clearly I am not the sharpest knife in the draw... how does one do this ? Is there some secret ?
2. Can one go back a version of the app.... is this easily done.

Please for help.

You have to enter the address on another device, then sign in with your DSTV account, once that is done they will ask you to enter the code that's displayed on your TV.

Fixed thank you Sumen. I ensure I was logged out of the other device before I started the whole process .
 
Does this new update work on mygica? Previously it wouldn't work because the device is 'uncertified'
 
****ty connection right now with DSTV Now. Im streaming the F1 through another source and no issues

Mine auto updated. Not a fresh install. But worth a try I guess

CW, but as said above, before the update i had 0 issues. My so called alternative stream from a source far far away is working fine with no buffering lol
