DSTV Now Update

Averaging 5mbps so I guess it's a fairly compressed 1080 stream?

Weird DDoS issues, declining customer service, reduced network performance during Netflix time and MyBB reps being no-shows were the order of the day when I called it quits and moved to Cool Ideas.

CI is phenomenal and really well priced. Just don't see why anyone with fibre would use any other ISP.

Im not on Fibre though. If Fibre was available to me, i would be on it no problem. Despite all that you mentioned, i have had very few issues since the last dos attack they had. Its been smooth with 4 people streaming at the same time.
 
Streamed F1 very smooth yesterday and no issues. It also seems like my GF Food Channel licensing issues have been resolved too.

Had zero incremental cost increase alternative during the troubled period.

- Grandfather pricing
- Grandfather deal - uncapped during the day
- no issues post the troubled period

Also, still have a soft spot for DJ

Should I leave the code open on the TV while logging in on another device? Does it automatically ask you for the code on the other device? Or is there a specific menu to punch in the code?

Yes leave the code opened and then go onto another device and enter the web address that's shown on the TV - you will be prompted to sign in, once done you will automatically be asked to enter the code that's shown on your TV.
 
Sigh, on Apple TV 4 and the update has screwed quality over, everything now looks like 480p and blurry, WTF

I tried it but doesnt work for me the addres it gives me is Dstv.now/tv but wen i tri to enter it there is nothing so not sure what to do

Can you take a screenshot of the page that's shown when you go to address?

For me it was simple didn't even take 2 minutes, I just opened to the DSTV Now App got the code , went to the address given and entered the code and presto. How many devices are linked to the account? DSTV only allows 4 devices per an account and it says something like only 2 devices can be removed in 6 months.

I've checked. This device would be the fourth. We sign in, are told that the sign in was successful. But still nothing

Are you keeping the App open on the TV when you entering your code on the other device?
