Um we've already discussed this. If their is so much pron on the net, why do you want them to offer it? The answer is convenience and ease of access. If its so much easier for you, itll be easier for the kiddies too.
In saying that, if the password system is acceptable solid it does improve the situation as it relates specifically to kids. But lets face it, this is multichoice we are talking about. You will probably type 9949 to hack into access it. Most kids are more tech savvy than their kids anyway, i would expect a hack to get passed around the classrooms within a few weeks.
That's not the point. It's harder to access porn this way as it's more secure! Go on the net, search for porn on google and it's there! The only protection over children on the net is a silly "Are you 18 years or older" question. Wow that's safe and secure. And you might say, well not everyone has the net. Well the net is much cheaper and more easily accessible then a paid for tv subscription which allows for password protection etc.
I think the majority of us would still get porn off the net, heck I wouldn't subscribe as I have many places at my fingertips to get what I want. However, it's all our democratic right as to freedom of choice, so how dare anyone take that away from us? I couldn't care if you're a union, or Bin Laden... That's my right, not yours to decide for me!
And to those porn addicts who say it ruines lives... Yes I suppose it can if it's all you're fixated on. I am currently in the best relationship of my life where we both enjoy watching porn every now and again. It's far from unfaithful as if you wanna take it that far, you're saying that even looking at someone else is being unfaithful. No wonder you have such unrewarding relationships if you view it that way. We're all human, we all look at things. It doesn't mean we act on it! And yes, our sex life is amazing because we have fun and porn is part of that
