DStv Premium billing problems

Following reports earlier this year of DStv billing issues, MultiChoice has stated that, in at least one case, a system error can result in the incorrect extension of a customer's contract.

DStv subscribers have previously complained of inflated monthly debit orders over a number of months.
 
No clever "I hate DSTV" comments??

I hate monochoice but still hoping that friends who still use it would tell me that perhaps one day, monochoice will air the 1 millionth repeat of Con Air with 10 seconds previously unseen footage.

Perhaps then I will be sad I dont have DSTV.
