DStv Select 2 replacement coming? (theory only)

I've just downgraded my other DStv package. The day before that happened, they did something very weird to my "package" - I ended up with what looked like DStv Family for one day.

At first I thought it was some sort of mistake or a tempting carrot of some sort, but there was something else odd going on... careful cross-referencing of my available channels compared to Family showed a couple of differences;

• No access to Family's channels 111 M-Movie All Stars or 116 Vuzu
• Instead I had additional higher-than-Family access to 144 KykNet.......... so is this the plan, a "Family 2" package with KykNet coming??

And since posting have seen this;

DStv Access subscribers have also received access to 21 additional channels currently available on DStv Family at no additional charge.
These additional channels are available until 14 June.
