I dont have DSTV... Nor do i use the DSTV Now app. I stream all my sports via other means okay, hence i dont pay anything for Supersport. Watched the Magic vs Bulls in the NBA last night, which DSTV or Supersport could not offer. The same when i watched MLB and the Yankees game. So relax

Besides, my Dad has the premium subscription, so if i wanted to watch via the DSTV Now app, i can, and i can contribute towards it.

I should have been more specific or clear though, so thats my fault as well.

I do believe that DSTV have missed a trick with pricing. R500 a month for a premium subscription, would have brought in more subscribers, which would mean more revenue for them. At R900 all its doing, is see people cancel or finding alternatives.

Oh, I fully agree they're too expensive and inflexible. There's an unpleasant history to their entrenched position, and that still riles me even though the landscape has changed considerably.

I'm not holding my breath for any noteworthy changes in pricing and bouquets.
