ha ha ha we will, regarding the channels i do not know that answer, but from what they said, there are people in Joburg who have the SABC package too but other than that i have no clue if they will offer these channels when it becomes available, sorry man.

SABC also has a DTT trial underway, anyone in a suburban area in JHB, CT or DBN should be able to get a signal, all you will need is a DVB-T compatible TV Tuner and Windows 7 and you good to go.

SABC has about 6 or 7 channels running at the moment, plus almost all their radio stations and Etv has 2 channels.

Interface on Windows media centre is slick, SABC programme guides only show the next 2 shows though :confused:

MNET channels are visible to the EPG but they are encrypted thus the need for the decoder and they are not free to air.

Remember your TV license if you are using a TV Card on a computer ;)

Now this is some interesting information, thanks ginzu.

they did mention the SABC bouquet but they said it's only in joburg.
