Dual-sim with dedicated MicroSD slot

You can get the triple alot tray and try, but likely Vodacom has software disabled the second sim, will probably have to get a software workaround whether that's rooting and romming, or something simpler. Google it

Did you read my reply right before your post? Rooting, and software won't enable it.

I did, but I have feel like I have looked up the topic before and read people get the firmware and necessary software etc from the dual SIM version of the phone and make it work, as well as sorting out the Sim tray ofcourse

My Huawei Y6 2018 from Vodacom is definitely not dual SIM and cannot be converted. It use a stripped down version of motherboard missing dual radio components.

It's been done at manufacturer level. Motherboard etc are identical between single and dual sim models to reduce costs.
Hauwei have blocked the functionality as by rooting pre June 2018 you could enable dual sim functionality by flashing international firmwares.
Using a device like Octopus you can conceal or reveal the second imei on Samsung devices.

Amazon seems to have a good variety of phones.

i have yet to find a Note 9 dual sim at a fairly good deal.

Note 9 and S9 come in hybrid dual SIM right, not a triple slot
