Thank heavens its not humid or summer at the moment. My bin always has maggots during that time, once a week collection is not enough in a humid climate.
 
Had a genius idea. The muni should publish the home addresses of all the striking workers and then we go dump our rubbish on their front lawns. I say this because the muppets that are striking are blocking access to the dumps as well so we cant even go dump our trash ourselves.
