I dunno what the problem is Wizix.. Tower 102 Sunningdale with 14-16SNL and 36% signal I got the following at 10am:
256.1kbits/s
251.5kbits/s
256.5kbits/s

Is anyone else on the forum using Mal Park?

And as for that test I tried it with my 128k ISDN and this is what I got:

Bay of Plenty is the same: Speeds are at only 50%.
(Must be all Durban towers??)
The pattern I'm seeing is slow during the day, fast at night!!

Edit - By PM... speeds back to normal.

I did a speed test on the Telkom ADSL speed test site at 3pm today and I got 216kb/s, acceptable for 256k package.

Durban North 60, sig:28%, ber:71, snl:15
 
Change of plan.
Towers off this morning between 07:00 - 10:00 will be Chartwell, Saratoga, SunningDale, possibly Bluff, possibly Sea Cow Lake at approx 30 minutes each.
