I HAVE TAKEN THE POLICY DECISION, that Mobile Broadcasting Services will be provided
on a single network with national coverage, using the DVB-H standard. The network, which will
form an integral part of the national ICT backbone infrastructure, will accordingly be operated on
the basis of open and non-discriminatory access principles.

It worked 2 years ago, I got a Sagem TV phone, worked well... I wonder why its taking so long?
Sentech is one of Poison Ivy's peripheral pet parastatals and even has a large chunk of WiMax spectrum that Poison Ivy illegally allocated to Sentech. Are you sure it's Sentech and not Multichoice?
Multichoice is not affiliated to the government, but they have both the intent and means to put up their own DVB-H broadcast network if granted the neccessary spectrum. Unfortunately Ivy has decided than no one get spectrum so we sit and wait. Are you sure it's Sentech and not Multichoice?
