I'm trying to update & install the latest versoion of eaysFile. I'd followed the uninstall process, the go to program file to delete the folder easyfile service. It gave me a error message: cannot delete offline.jar: it is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again. What other possible programs can use this file?

Restart PC and then delete.

Try PendMove from systinternals.com. Its a handy little file that allows you to schedule a file delete before any services or apps start, thus allowing you delete file that would otherwise be in use....
