E-toll prosecutions halted by Sanral

The prosecutors probably sat down... "Ok Lets open a case... Hey John, have you seen what we need to do to get a conviction here, this is never going to work, I think we need to meet with the Minister"........

I.e change some more laws and pay off some more judges...to make prosecution and sentencing easier.
 
Maybe just halt the whole system altogether, 1d10t5
