E367 does Edge only on 8ta

Help. I use a E353 stick with 8ta 10gig sim, running great, 5mbs. Just got a E367 using same sim etc and will not go beyond Edge. Signal is very strong on both modems, any suggestions? If the Modem is xxx where would I take it?

First thingds you need to check what APN is stored on E367. It should be the same. I put 8ta SIM to the old phone which had been set 'vdata' (for Virgin) and forgotten to change APN. It was connecting, but used airtime instead of active GoBig bundle. Speed might be affected as well (depends on agreements).

Using same dash for connecting or differant one?
Check the network settings is set on WCDMA PREFERED,if it is already then try knocking it to WCDMA ONLY.
