EagleVisionCreative.co.za Dodge?

Have anyone ever bought from Eagle Vision Creative before?

Whois points to a creation date of 2016 but they claim to have been operating for longer.
They claim to be BBBEE registered but I cannot find their certificate anywhere.
They display visa/mastercard/bitcoin etc payment method logos but EFT is the only option at checkout.

Some of their pricing is also towards the 'dodge' side of the spectrum.

Their Google map location - streetview points to a car dealership lot in Tokai, either they have set up their map incorrectly or it is fake.

Their address is lisetd on Google map as - 123 Main Rd, Retreat, Cape Town, 7965, South Africa
https://www.google.com/maps/place/E...2512fe8e!8m2!3d-34.06435!4d18.459592?hl=en-GB

No telephone number on the site. - Google map gives a telephone number of +27 21 821 8138
EDIT : I see the telephone very small at the top of the page. Did not notice before.

You are correct about the dodge pricing.

From ZA Central Registry :-

1a. domain : eaglevisioncreative.co.za
2a. registrant : Eric Mwangi
2b. registrantpostaladdress: 123 Main Road, Wynberg, , Cape Town, Western Cape, 27, ZA
2j. registrantphone : +27.833417757
2l. registrantemail : [email protected]

I would not use their website if I was you

Interestingly the Google map for 123 Main Road Wynberg shows the top floor of the building burnt out.
Granted, the image is from 2015,

Quite an elaborate setup ... too elaborate. Elaborate enough to be legit.

They form part of the Eagle Vision Group http://www.eaglevisiondistribution.com/
Eagle Vision Distribution Pty Ltd http://www.eaglevisiondistribution.com/distribution/
Hotel Booked Easy http://hotelbookedeasy.com/ 021 821 8889
Intern Prime https://internprime.com/ 021 821 8138 | 021 140 0307

Similar/same numbers and same addresses throughout. The Eagle Vision Distribution Pty Ltd is a registered company dating back to 2013.

So I called the Wynberg Centre and they claim that Eagle Vision Distribution has been a tentant for 4+ years ... so far it is checking out.

Dodgy as fark... stay away!

I placed an order for something else ... and they responded with an email apologizing for the pricing error, promising to refund any money already deposited and corrected the price. Odd.

Good Day Everyone,

First of all let me introduce myself as Eric aka Noobkisser:). I have been a mybroadband member since 2013 and i regard this as my source for great content for the things that I love. I am a gamer, an entrepreneur, and a giver more than a receiver.

We are a registered business, we are VAT registered as well and we also import and export goods. We have a Tax Clearance Certificate.

The sole reason for kickstarting eaglevisioncreative.com is to engage with consumers from Southern, Western and Eastern Africa by being the No.1 site for top selling products. Due to the partnerships we established with clients in several other african countries from exporting our other merchandise, we felt that it would be viable for us to retail and wholesale products across our borders as well., starting with our established network of overseas clients. Just like any other new company, there are challenges and obstacles we have faced since inception, and even though the industry is competitive, we are extremely excited to have closed a couple of good sales in the past month and we have received good honest reviews from the few customers who have ordered our products online.

I was a little bit disappointed by the OP <removed> aka "id13", he placed an order for a Samsung 850 Evo Series 2.5″ SSD – 500GB on our new online store. Unfortunately, one of our new developers had accidentally published a wrong price for the product along with other several products as well hence the R10.83 captured above by the OP.

My first reaction after we received the OP's order, as the sales team leader was to immediately contact the client via email, explained to him why the order cannot be fulfilled. I offered an apology and a voucher of R100 on his next purchase even though he never paid for any order. Im letting everyone know that he never made any money transactions on our site for his order. His order is still pending with us. I went on further to explain to him why our our landline connection is poor when he called us and that was because we are currently relocating to new premises, hence the connection problems as our network provider has limited to no coverage in our new area and as you all know, Telkom ports, relocations and installations take time.

Not only did the OP not reply back to us after our last email, but he has been going on a smearing campaign to try and discredit us. He even went as far as to contact payfast enquiring about us if we are legitimate and we were forced to authenticate our account with payfast, and now his here doing the same thing. Due to company restructuring on the management level, our BEE is not valid and I did assure the OP <removed> aka "id13" that once we have been vetted again and a certificate has been issued to us, he will be the first to receive a copy of our level 4 BEE certificate which will soon be upgraded to Level 2 as I mentioned earlier about management restructuring.

I feel the negative approach we are receiving from the Op is unjustified and unfair, and this comes from a client who has not even ordered a single product from us. We have not had a single negative review from any customer who has done business with us. We are a 100% legitimate business that is in the process of settling in to new environment but still, business has to run as usual. We are in the business of creating partnerships and not only making money. As an avid online shopper, I do a review once I buy something from a store. My review ratings will be based on site user friendliness, delivery time of product and lastly condition of product. I dont label companies scams and 'dodge' simply because of errors on their site and wrong product prices that were published by mistake, especially if the company has gone out of its way to make amends. I have hit a couple of 404 pages and unresponsive pages from established brands as well and established online stores but I dont shop online to analyse pages.

To summarise, be a little less judgemental and place an order on our site and do an actual review. All our products come from original suppliers and brands supplied by South African and international companies. if you find a category that has no products, please note that we are still uploading 100s of products everyday from our suppliers. Currently, we are only focusing on door to door delivery. Collections from the warehouse options have been disabled on the site until security is set up in our new premises and stock has been moved.

Thank you for your time guys and looking forward to hearing from all of you. I value all your input to making eaglevisioncreative.com even better.

Regards
Eric aka "Noobkisser"

Hope you are joking?! Your company details went on the internet as soon as your domain was registered. None of that is private.

I will lodge a complaint to mybroadband and I will personally be seeking damages against the OP

Get real! Good luck with that.

How to run your business into the ground with 3 easy steps.

But it should not be a problem since all our company details and personal information have been displayed for the world to see clearly on this thread. I would ask for these details to be removed as it puts us in danger. Failure to do so, I will lodge a complaint to mybroadband and I will personally be seeking damages against the OP as we already have all his personal details.
I post this in my personal capacity.

After reading what you wrote [both before and after you edited out your threat against the OP], you come across as the worst possible representative for your company. You have done more damage to your own company's reputation than anyone else posting on MBB could have done.

That is the polite version of what I was thinking when reading your posts.

Geebuzz crust, someones new to the Internet!!!!
:D

Noobkisser did the bachelor's degree on how to lose customers and alienate them and is now working on his Doctorate
;D

And it is only Monday...

Unfortunately, one of our new developers had accidentally published a wrong price for the product along with other several products as well hence the R10.83 captured above by the OP.

I am the OP but I never posted anything about 'the R10.83'. That was another member. But that is besides the point.

My first reaction after we received the OP's order, as the sales team leader was to immediately contact the client via email, explained to him why the order cannot be fulfilled. I got the email. I even posted about it on here, post #7. Why would I 'make any money transactions' with a company I am still in the process of vetting? But that is once again besides the point.

Not only did the OP not reply back to us after our last email, ...

I have responded to some emails ... and I was busy crafting my next reply. This takes time. The best of it all is while I was busy compiling a list of red flags and what you can do about it (constructive criticism) you went and...

... but he has been going on a smearing campaign to try and discredit us.

I have to wholeheartedly disagree with your claim that I went on a smearing campaign. It is as clear as daylight that in the 3rd post in this thread I already start to build up a good picture of your company as things were slowly becoming clearer and actually "checking out".

He even went as far as to contact payfast enquiring about us if we are legitimate and we were forced to authenticate our account with payfast, and now his here doing the same thing.

That is what one does when you vet a company. I was merely performing my due diligence. There is nothing wrong with it. I contacted the owners of the 3rd party logo (payfast) displayed on your website to establish the legitimacy of your company and you guys actually checked out.

I feel the negative approach we are receiving from the Op is unjustified and unfair, ...
I dont label companies scams and 'dodge' simply because of errors on their site ...

I never labeled your company as a scam or as dodge.

I dont shop online to analyse pages.

I analyze the living yesterday out of websites day in and day out. I love it!

To summarise, be a little less judgemental and place an order on our site and do an actual review.

I was never judgemental. On the contrary. I was rooting that you pass.

I will lodge a complaint to mybroadband and I will personally be seeking damages against the OP as we already have all his personal details.

With this single sentence you lost all respect and trust. This situation needed tact and not threats.

I put it to you that you simply misread my intentions with this thread and ask for an apology so that we can put this behind us.

I removed the personal details...
