Hope that all the telecoms companies sue them and/or they get massive fines. Set an example so that it doesn't happen again.

Wow, seems like they were trawling for cables...

Why not just force them to transmit their location on local Somali radio every 30 minutes, that should teach the captain and co a solid lesson
 
The cut is believed to have been caused by the anchor of a cargo ship being dragged more than 150km along the sea bed.

how the fook don't you realize oeps, we've forgotten to hoist the anchor?? that after 150km surely they should of felt the ship lagging? Idiots.
