If that’s an RA/Regulation 28, it looks good.

If not, I would just go 100% international

I can't really make out what it is here. Too hazy for my age.. LOL.
Yeah even for my eyes now lol It looked better on my phone

Is there a way to see the growth of your portfolio over a specific amount of time?
Or the growth of deposits you made during a certain time?

My US portfolio currently sits at +10%, brought down mainly due it being Ark Innovation heavy... and well, we know what happened to that ETF.
Your statement will have that info.

My portfolio's a real **** show at the moment
Anyone has any easy prop investments? Got some rental div payments today and they're just meh...

People with easy property shouldn’t complain. Kinda of a waste of money imo. So many better options out there.

Last time I checked on EP, it seemed inflated prices and I wonder if they would really get comparative rentals. Also, their list is 12 million upwards so can't really be one apartment and must be stake in a set of complex?

The rental income are so overstated. I have asked anyone who bought easy properties to give me one reason why it’s better than a REIT and they couldn’t answer the question. Or the say something stupid like they get dividends.

Provisional tax payers:

Get your statement for January 2022 and add up your actual profits/losses from March to January. There is a table on page 3 or 4 that has the summary of the last 12 months.

To this, you will need to calculate and add and profit/loss for February (if you sold anything).

Anybody know or done transferring shares from one platform to another platform. I have a few shares on https://www.computershare.com/za that I want to move to EE if possible without selling / buying or paying too much in transaction fees.

Yes, get the platform you need to move to. Complete a move form! There’s a cost on EE side.

But you dont sell, you only move

Thanks, I found it.

If only one knew to go all in with Sibanye-Stillwater

I went all in with Lonmin way back which became part of Sibanye.

Win win all the way if you were patient.

However when they did that split last year or year before where you had to elect to keep your shares I missed the memo and got them all paid out.

Stupid me didn’t buy back into it, but did buy Glencore instead which is still winning.
