Easy Equities good or bad?

8 days since asking them to close my account and not a peep out of them.

I'm putting my money on them charging me a "thrive" fee in December and me telling them to go get rekt in January

I didn't get a reply to my original ticket so created a new one but then my original one was answered and my account closed.

If anyone moved a TFSA in the last 2 weeks (its sygnia’s week for dividends), and the odds for any Sygnia ETF in their portfolio might be bigger than than what you think). Thats all that I am saying

I got a quick reply this morning. If you are struggling to get your money out or close accounts : Log a support ticket. (that's the reply I got)
 
These guys are borderline scammers, I have instruction to transfer my entire TFSA, they came back with R150 fee, which I accepted on condition that the ENTIRE holdings are transferred - they've now transferred the actual shares hold - charged me R150, and said if I want the cash in the account transferred, I need to pay another R150.

Yeah, thats ****ed.
 
So they've replied simply stating that its in their Cost Profiler - however, when they told me there was R150 transfer fee, and that the partial holdings would need to be sold, I specifically discussed topping it up, instead of selling it for a cash balance - I then replied that they can only sell the partial shares if they transfer the entire holdings, i.e. shares + balance - they didn't respond - and sold the partial shares, and have only transferrred that - basically, they did not accept my instruction fully - and did as they pleased.

Sad state of affairs with EE.
