Easy Equities good or bad?

Transferred my R1 this morning - didn't realise I had locked up Labat holdings :(

Ok yay, the thrive page updated, so it is showing I'm on thrive level 6, 60% discount for December. (deposit and maxed out TFSA)

But where is the brokerage discount, I tried looking at some of the thrive stocks and it shows exactly the same costs as the non thrive stocks. Am I missing something, where does the discount get applied?

Thrive stock, for R1000, costs = R6.25

Non-thrive stock, for R1000, costs = R6.25

I'm moving to Invest Clarity. Gotta act like a baller when talking about Investments. Mentioning Easy Equities is like having a Capitec account, buying groceries at Shoprite, buying clothes at PEP etc.
But they are not the same. On Investec Clarity you buy CFDs, whereas on EE you buy shares.

Luckily I have a Capitec account, buy clothes at PEP and would buy groceries at Shoprite if there was one close to me.

If anyone asks, just say "A boutique stock broker. You probably don't know them".

I live very close to one. Cheese is always mouldy, and they leave the meat out a little too long. Wanted to shop there for the savings, but couldn't do it. Good share, lousy store.
