Hey chalkcheese they down again......sucks huh, no live support, no tel number, just a ticket system that you cant get responses on cause email is also down.....

So elitehost, hopefully you get this sorted out soon, has been fairly stable recently


tiss was but a flesh wound today...appears to be back up for now anyhow

Apologies for the delay in response, we do try and monitor this thread for any issues and respond accordingly. Quickest response times will however always be through official support channels. We do recommend utilising the ticket system to log a ticket should you experience any issues with your emails.

We are very open and upfront with our service offerings. We do not currently offer phone or livechat support. We mainly utilise emails and the ticket system. This allows us to maintain excellent response times as well as reduce costs, which is passed on directly to end users. Please don't hesitate to give us a shout if you are still experiencing any issues.
 
Just want to chip in everything has been pretty smooth for me recently on my reseller account
 
sigh...been down for a long time today, since around 3;00pm, peak time, still down at the moment:(

Just as I get a message from a client that their elitehost emails have been dead since Saturday and I climb in to fix it, they get hit by a DDoS ...

Struggling to login.....and everything is currently down
 
Apologies for the continued inconvenience, it appears the attacks have been resumed. We are working with our network engineers to get services restored. We will keep you updated with the progress.
 
these ****ing bored emo teenagers with their ddos attacks..unless you hosting some dodge sites, hmmm that someone wants to take down??

I am busy chatting with H9 now, checking my options, down this morning still, just taking way too long to sort this out elitehost.:(
