Anybody else hosting with Elitehost on rs04-pta.za-dns.com?

Looks like the server has been down since last night some time. Getting no response from Elitehost, which really sucks. This is not the first time this server has gone down for an extended period of time, either.
 
Update:

They're slowly, but surely getting it going again. POP and IMAP still down as of now.
 
Yep, I'm also on rs04-pta.za-dns.com

Couldn't access client websites since about 08:00. All seems to be in working order now though. Hopefully they can give us an update on Twitter sometime soon.

Once again our apologies for the inconvenience caused. All services have been fully restored.
We are still assessing the issue and once done we will send out a mailer with more detailed information.

Edit:

It was definitely down before 8am because I was up at about 5:30am and couldn't access any sites etc.
 
Our sincere apologies for the downtime on this server. We did get this resolved really quickly in the morning as soon as we picked up on the issue. Since the network was still up we did not get audible alerts on our mobile devices, we will be reworking the audible alerts. A notice regarding this downtime has been sent out to all affected clients.

We truly value our clients and thank you for your continued support. We understand that uptime is very important to our clients. Please be assured that we are working on upgrading all our infrastructure to minimise issues like this in future.
 
Also down. According to Nodeping around 05:15 this morning. Any updates?

Hello Splatgrave, apologies for this, it is likely that the cPanel/WHM control panel service was restarting at the time due to updates etc. This did not affect any web or mail functionality though. Please contact the helpdesk for further support regarding these types of issues.

Appears to be up again, according to their status page.

I think that an explanation is in order - as I understand it, EliteHost never had issues like this before...
 
wow, is anyone else having constant elitehost issues? pages regularly time out randomly, so annoying!
