Emails to Hotmail from Mweb blocked

I keep getting these errors when trying to send mail from my mweb account to Hotmail/MSN.
The mails go through fine with Gmail.

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=2055:
host mx3.hotmail.com [65.55.37.104]: 550 SC-001 (COL0-MC3-F45) Unfortunately, messages from 196.28.XX.XX weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors."
 
You're using the Mweb SMTP server, right? I'd suggest you phone Mweb and have them look into it, as obviously then you wouldn't be the only one with the problem.

Hi silkman

Please let me know what the smtp port is and what smtp you are currently using.
 
Not if grandmother is in the U.S.A. and it is a reverse charge call!
(Happened to a buddy, reverse charge from Disney World, youngster accepted it.) :-)
