Mweb Email problems please help

Hi All.
I have picked up a weird issue on our mails hosted by mweb.
we had a new mail added to our domain name mails from mweb. did the normal setup on the users laptop. and it connects to the account.but that's where the normal stops. he can send mails out to us. but as soon as you ether reply to his mail or send a new mail to him . you get the following error's
1) from a windows laptop with office 2007
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: RE: hellooo
Sent: 2019/04/30 15:00
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'Fred Baker' on 2019/04/30 15:00
Server error: '550 Upstream host returned user unknown for
2) from my Mac office 365


But the weirdest is all our other laptops are set up with exact same setups. and they work in and out. no problem. it is just this mail address.

This is something Mweb mail sysadmins need to look into.. the mail server is saying that the email address does not exist.. perhaps they spelt the email address incorrectly when it was initially added..

that is weird. I can send a email from that account and I receive it in my inbox. but once I reply it keeps giving me that error .

Instead of replying try typing out his email manually, but it does look like the server is not picking it up as a valid account. Maybe the backend mail databases are not in sync?
