EPL 2011 Summer Transfers

Jonathan has finally completed his move to inter from santos and we have apparently submitted an €14 million offer for casemiro of sao paolo. Viviano is close to a loan/co-ownership deal with genoa.

Sneijder is still pretty confusing. English press says its basicly a done deal while italian press say there is nothing.

Pretty is too nice a word

Its not official, but It seems likely that Arsenal has made their next big signing. This one really shows a bit of intent.

Rumour has it that we are on the verge of signing a 24 year old french attacking midfielder, with loads of potential, half a good season at a top 4 EPL club.

The deal is worth an estimated 20mil and the player will join Arsenal for 12 months.

Who says Arsenal doesn't spend money.

ESPN Soccernet saying it's up to United now. Apparently Sneijder has agreed on 190k a week wages.

I’ve had confirmation that Manchester United are NOT trying to sign Wesley Sneijder from Inter Milan and never were in for him #MUFC

Gotta love this stories about nike covering wes's wages. Heard these rumors before and never seen any of them turn out true. May have made sense if wes was moving from an addidas team but inter is also a nike side.

The story in the brittish tabloids change daily but the story in the italian press haven't changed. That story being there has been no official offer from man utd for wes.

Which is probably the truth and confirms what Fergie said.

Good riddance!

in the other news, anyone else feel Neymar is a waste of energy and hype?

No, he's not. However, I don't think he'd be suitable for an English team - but he would be beyond godlike at Barca or Real (maybe even Inter/Milan/Juve)
