No, he's not. However, I don't think he'd be suitable for an English team - but he would be beyond godlike at Barca or Real (maybe even Inter/Milan/Juve)
Pretty sure he will end up at real before the end of mercato.

Wow you guys should seriously lighten up... stop trying to put down all United fans because of Arsenal's inability to do anything in the transfer market

Aguero keen on City move
Highly-rated striker open to joining Premier League side
Sky Sports News sources understand striker Sergio Aguero has told Atletico Madrid that he wants to join Manchester City if they make a bid for his services.
The sought-after Argentina international has already confirmed his intention to depart the Vicente Calderon this summer.
City have made no secret of their desire to sign the talented 23-year-old, although they are yet to lodge an official offer.
It was reported by Sky Sports News on Thursday that the Premier League outfit are ready to enter formal talks with Atletico over the transfer of the striker.
And sources close to Aguero say he has informed the Primera Liga club he is keen on joining Roberto Mancini's side if they come knocking.
Mancini is eager to complete a swoop for the forward regardless of the outcome of the Carlos Tevez transfer saga this summer, with the striker's future still up in the air.
