My partner have an s22 ultra and her phone is stuck on a continues loop.
I managed to delete the cache and then delete the phone.
Still no luck.
It'll boot but I can't complete the set up process.
I'm gonna try reflash the firmware but can only do it tomorrow.
Question, everytime I speak to megsapp support they tell me please delete the esim
English isn't my first language so I was more than happy to explain again that the phone isn't accessible and I used the phrase what if it was stolen, had to repeat myself 4 times.

Question, I managed to wipe the device and semi boot it..... surely the esim is deleted. ?
Surely also megs can disable an active Sim?
Any ideas on what to do next?

If the phone isn’t booting at all what does that have to do with the eSIM?

What do you mean you delete the phone?

Sounds like a hardware issue, you may need to take it in to be looked at. Did it get really hot before this occured?

It's the steps support need to follow :( they have things they need to tick off.

He probably can't load the eSim on another phone and support is claiming he needs to first delete the esim from the old phone.
