Eskom will implement continuous Stage 6 load-shedding this weekend

Everyone knew the sudden improement the last weeks was just an eye blind, nothing ever really gets fixed in an African run country, its only the image of being fixed that's important to these governments.

EFF is also losing votes.
 
Maybe we could have a lower stage now if government ministers suffered with the rest of us, and if they didn't exempt whole towns so government can hide what's going on from international visitors.

There's a difference between not saying, emphatically denying, and blatantly not knowing. That statement as it stands above has been colloquialised, but the variation that you're referring to is easily searchable. Once the smoke is clear, and the mirrors removed, I'm sure we'll have common understanding of the goings on at the embattled utility.
