I have seen you post this quite a few times in the past. I have only ever returned one item to Esquire and it was swopped out. It took 5 Days because I bought it on one of the Specials and they had no stock. No issues with it since then. You obviously have an axe to grind about something and in your mind you have reconciled yourself that you have been done in despite evidence to the contrary. I see a lot of this type of posts on Amazon.com and they usually follow the same type of logic.is esquire still selling broken stuff and trying to blame the customer when they return demanding a refund or replacement? these tactics put me off them
