It's not that, I was given an account, I used it, then I didn't and when I wanted to use it, I was told it's gone and when I queried it, the guy was rude - It's the principle of the matter.
You don't offer something to someone and take it away and then be bloody rude about it too.
 
Hopefully our local Esquire rep will be able to confirm whether or not this is true. I certainly hope not as that would be tremendously unfair.

Confirmed via PM that my account was closed as a direct result of this thread.

Good luck to Esquire, seems they really don't like criticism.

I sent a Seagate 2TB in on July 30'th (Just plain dead).

Ready for collection today.

Drive was bought about 8 months ago.

Lol, a week to replace a broken hard drive. That is pathetic, other suppliers would test it same day and swap it out if it is broken.

Game took 6 weeks to give me my cash back on a tomtom.

Anyway, I am happy with the service. If you find it "pathetic" go buy your stuff somewhere else.

A week isn't bad. Whenever I needed to RMA Gigabyte/Seagate products and I took it to Rectron it took from a week to (in the worst case) 3 months to get the item swapped out.
