The sad thing is, dishonest people ruin the world for everyone. MyBB has countless posts by people boasting about or nonchalantly advising others to dishonestly or even fraudulently return goods damaged by user negligence or abuse.

It is also worth to mention that Esquire is a mixed environment, their client is not only professional dealer, but they deal with public (using MyBB account). Dealer function is to add value to the product, screaning distributor from such abuse. Because Esquire chose to deal with unprofessionals, it puts them on extra stress when dealing with public. This thread is clear example of it.

I remember Esquire from their early times. They improved a lot, I must say.
