Dude just back to esquire and they will fix the issue, posting pictures isn't going to magical change the keyboard into something you want![]()
I have just sent an email to Logitech to find out about this and await their answer in the morning
We have also sold 184 (including yours today) out of the 250 units since we started stocking them in June and this is the first one with an issue
I will ask my operations guy to check other units in the morning
Is the keyboard you got A French layout ?? as according to the research I just did AZERTY layout is used in France
Both the stocks codes you mention are both Qwerty Layouts please post a pic of that keyboard you got

Nope.. If the product or service is poor take it up with the company. At least give them a chance to sort their **** out. It happens. If they ignore you and so forth then come cry.
Invalid link sir...
I had a similar issue with Sahara many years back - EU ADSL modems in SA boxes. The boxes were labelled correctly for SA, and only after a week of battling did I check the serial number on the modem itself, to find that it was an EU modem. So, I explained the situation, spent R300 getting a return from Sahara, only to find the same goddam EU modem in SA box. I just sent it back, and went to a retail shop to get another modem.
Good point. Could have been an honest mistake.
Kudos to Esquire rep for responding to this tool.
Spoke to Frank from Esquire now, seems they received a few AZERTY ones in the incorrect boxes. The're going to exchange it.![]()
Goodluck glad you getting it resolved and ignore the naysayers.
I would also post here or on hellopeter if people failed to get through to a company first like when I had problems with Matrix Warehouse.
Would you post on hello peter or this forum if you didn't try fix the problem though? anal people who just run to websites before they have even attempted to resolve the issue.
Yes if people always have bad responses from them on the phone or they never answer.
Dont think I ever had good responses when talking to the company first.
Yup but surely regardless of the case, you try first then look at alternatives. You don't go for the alternative based on an error that looks more likely to be a logitech fail. Why would esquire purposely sell the wrong product to people?
Anyways esquire will fix it today and grim will feel foolish and come here and tell us about his experience.
They always return my stuff without even doing proper tests
