If they do start fighting it will give the ANC the excuse they need. Then again it would be nice to see a few blue light brigades blown up![]()
So plot the routes of this ‘non-violent’ society. Where EVERYONE gets to share in the NSA. I can’t see a non-violent route. Either we (whites, coloureds & indians) are phuked around according to moronic whim or a line in the sand is drawn otherwise there is no future. May as well go down protesting this state of affairs.
Sense & calm? Return to the dismal status quo you mean.
Suitable bunny-hugging sentiments. According to Clausewitz (On War), Sun Tzu (The Art of War) and Machiavelli (The Prince), war is going to be around for a while as long as the ultimate expression of diplomacy and politics is war (basically, do as we say or we’ll kick your butt). No offence intended.
No, actually the song everyone is referring to that Malema has been banned from singing apparently says :
Now how about not arguing for the sake of it if you are unaware of the facts.

Anger after AWB leader Eugene Terre’Blanche is murdered
Mandy Wiener, Rahima Essop and JP du Plessis | 14 Minutes Ago
Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB) leader Eugene Terre’Blanche has been murdered and the right wing party has put the blame for its leader’s attack squarely on the shoulders of ANC Youth League President Julius Malema.
“The AWB holds Mr. Julius Malema personally liable for what happened the night when two people were arrested for the murder of Mr. Terre’Blanche,” said the AWB’s Andre Viljoen.
The Freedom Front Plus warned Terre’Blanche’s death creates an explosive situation.
The party’s Pieter Groenewald said while the FF Plus was not blaming Malema solely, it was calling on political leaders to condemn songs that include the lyrics “kill the Boer”.
“The question is why did they murder Mr. Terre’Blanche just on a wage dispute? That’s no justification. What the Freedom Front Plus is saying is that the song creates an atmosphere of violence in South Africa,” he said.
The Democratic Alliance warned the murder will polarise South Africans at a time when tensions were already running high.
It called on leaders for calm and reject hate speech songs which create the climate in which violence is seen as an appropriate response to problems.
“I think the time has come where the leaders in this country, especially in government, need to take a definitive position about utterances or songs that incite violence or are a call to arms because our country can’t afford this,” said the DA’s parliamentary leader Atholl Trollip.
The ANC Youth League has been unavailable for comment.
President Jacob Zuma and Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa have called for calm, saying the law will take its course.
Meanwhile, activity at the barricaded gate leading to Terre’Blanche’s farm is picking up as neighbours wake up to the news of his murder.
A large contingent of senior police officers and investigators has made their way onto the property to continue with investigations.
At the family home in Ventersdorp Terre’Blanche’s neighbours have described him as a good man who kept to himself.
Despite the AWB leader’s controversial persona, his neighbours know him as a good person who will be sorely missed.
Terre’Blanche’s brother, Andries, said a press conference would be held on Sunday morning.
Until then, he and his family are refusing to speak to journalists.
At the same time, a delegation of top-level politicians from the Presidency as well as provincial government, will arrive at the farm before an official briefing.

It would help if all of those links worked... I tried the first two without luck. The third one went on to say this "Malema, according to the Sowetan, led students at the University of Johannesburg in a song with the words: "Shoot the boere [farmers], they are rapists"." The forth link was a forum. The fifth one provided headlines.

Ooh, you better rush out and buy your tin food and climb into your bomb shelter. Or actually I suppose many of you still have a fully stocked bomb shelter from the previous 50 occasions in which there was an imminent war.
