I bought my laptop from them. Process went swimmingly, laptop was delivered asap, and it works as it should and came with a HP warranty, which I have used yet.

Was just commentating on the horror stories all over this forum
Good to hear you have had excellent experiences with them
I personally use Wootware as they are 3km from where I live

I avoided Evetech specifically because of all the negative reviews and the shear amount of people singing the same tune, sorry but drama queens or not where's smoke there's fire. Wootware has been nothing short of excellent, I will gladly carry on using them as I had zero issues and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
