Evolution the reason for affairs:

There are some seriously ****ed up issues towards woman being displayed here...

There is a decent guy (and individual) in the house. Rest of the guys don't take it personally. Just be thick-skinned, but respect women. Yes there are women that use men and chew them out, but don't generalise. Nobody is perfect.

Ever heard of 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children (including emotional abuse) that's currently happening. Not that I am saying anyone is abusing a woman, but treat women or any person with respect for that matter.

Actually yes, 9 times out of 10 it is the mans fault. Or should I say males fault? There are obviously bad chicks out there but you can spot them from a mile and would if you weren't thinking with your dick. Once you have a good one you need to make her feel special and that includes making her cum hard. In fact you could probably keep her faithful just by making her cum hard often. But also you could probably keep a woman faithful just by being an actual man. 3 0 years ago most men (sorry males ) weren't whiney little wuss bags. Coincidence?

Bull****. If a woman ****s around, it's her own fault. You're not in a relationship to cheat. If you want to **** around, then break up the relationship. I despise the fact that a woman's infidelity can be blamed on the man, whereas the reverse is simply not possible. And, thirty years ago they also cheated and ****ed around. ;)

Well no, actually. Mostly I think being a man will keep her faithful. Your problem seems to be that you're actually still a little boy. Calling women whores and sluts is about as immature as it gets and a lot psycho. Deal with your issues and stay the fcck away from women until you've dealt with your sick attitude is my advice and hope.

Being a man. How do you define that? Women don't like these gung ho type beer-guzzling meat-eaters. Oh wait, you must be a perfect example of a man. Tell us your secret.

There are actually tons before and after that thread ;)

My fault for choosing a bipolar, borderline, sociopathic, pathological lying, meth addicted whore that fell pregnant at 16, has a criminal record, had stays in Tara and almost commited to Sterkfontein. She told her mom how I beat her up a few months ago, explained how she had an abortion (my child) at Garden City and many other weird things.

She OD'd in December on meth and left the hospital the following day - and did more in the car. No worries that she's a mom.

She lack things which make her human - emotions, feelings and a conscions. She already has no guardianship/custody of her own child because of her drug use.

In the past 6 months she's lost everything and her life has flipped 180 degrees.

I've actually given it some thought and I could *only* do better. If I brought a coke sniffing stripper home, my parents would love me.

At this stage I have a right to dislike women - I'm in my healing phase!

Oh well.

Ummm....yeah...it is your fault.
I'm sure that you could have picked better mate...if you had all of yourself in order.

I need to agree with Nik333 here...there may be some selfesteem issues and you might have hooked up with her only because yo didn't think you deserve better.
/shrugs

Trust me on this, forget the bitch. Enjoy the single life as much as can, spoil yourself, go out and see things.
Go 4x4ing, yaughting, flying, skydiving whatever you've always dreamt of doing.

Great advice!

There's his secret ... sex and making her feel special! Why has no one else thought of it yet :/

I tend to think 30 years ago was no where near as bad as now though.

My crystal ball wasn't really working, to be honest :/

I couldn't see the rails would fall off after living together for many years. How do you go about predicting the future? Palm reading or throwing bones? My method obviously doesn't work :/

No prediction required.
Did you know she had problems with drugs, fsked in the head?
These things don't just happen...

No - you're right. I did know ...

She drugged for years and had her child at 17 and pretty much stopped everything at that point. When I met her, she was 4 years clean. She was extremely smart, fun, good looking and pretty much everything a guy could want. She got a job at 22 earning 5 figures a month and things were on the up.

We moved in together and things were still fantastic for another 2 years - before she was introduced to meth and her life crumbled to nothing and her head was rewired.

Some people realise their mistakes and wish to change and clear up. It appeared she had learnt and decided to change. Everything in her life was just so much better. I thought she'd got to that point already - but she obviously hadn't.

How can you predict someone else going off the rails or where their life is heading years down the line? In 5 years your own life can change for the worse for whatever reason.

I see...
Well mate, you seem to have done everything you could then...time to move on now...it seems that you haven't.

I still think about her every day (we did live together and plan on getting married - so the break up is reasonably fresh still ...)

As I said earlier I forget about it until I see something that reminds me (drugs, cheating, using etc). AS soon as this thread moves to page 2, I'll be cool ;)

Dude, the fact that you're asking instead of giving your opinion tells me you haven't the slightest idea what you're talking about. Beer guzzling and meat eating isn't actually a factor. You can do both or neither and still be a man. Read that Rudyard Kipling poem. I'll post it myself later. What it means to be a man hasn't changed since his time. Mainly its about taking complete responsibillity for your life and what happens to you. Which is not the same as accepting blame btw. What that means is you stop blaming others and making others responsible for your happiness or lack there of.

Dolby get a buddy to bitch slap you. Woman are not your enemy. You are. Stop being a whiney little bitch, pull yourself together and get on with your life. There are plenty of fish in the sea. You will be over her one day so whats wrong with today?

Have to agree with this!
It is time to cut those strings Dolby and get over her.

guys need to stop with the deep-seated "emo" I hate all women issues, man up and take responsiblity for your actions and decisions. It takes two to be in a relationship and when it crumbles you are both to blame.

Calling all women sluts/whores is real mature and im sure all those ladies you want to keep will come running with that attitude

Is it better if I say women are more promisuous than 30 years ago? More into one night stands? Random sex?

Plenty of studies say the same thing as what I'm saying. If it makes you feel good, let's change the words for you.
