Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section :/ seemed the closest.

I am attempting to create a graph representing performance within a company.
Performance is bases on 4 being the lowest score and 1 being the highest.

How do I manipulate my axis in a bar graph in excel 2007 to read thusly.

Thanks in advance.

1. Make graph
2. Right click Y-axis, Format Axis
3. Click Scale tab, modify values as needed
4. Profit??? ;)

Lol doesn't work you cannot have your minimum value "smaller" than your maximum value

1. Make graph
2. Right click Y-axis, Format Axis
3. Tick "Values in reverse order" and set Horizontal axis crosses: to "Maximum axis value"
4. Profit???
