Exchange mail - BlackBerry v iPhone4

So I used to have a blackberry, and used to use it to do exchange mail it was quite average though. Used to always struggle when doing look ups to the GAL and never used sometimes not push every mail through.

Got an iPhone4 now and it is amazing at exchange. i love the fact that it groups email threads and then has sub screens for threads.

What your thoughts?

For a business phone blackberry makes it particularly hard to actually type on the phone. I really fail to understand how a blackberry is more of a "business" phone than an iPhone. I was browsing some webpages last week on a brand new blackberry and it felt really crap compared to the iPhone.

I Love it but my phone automatically accepts all invites. Might just be a setting somewhere though.

We have about 30 blackberry users connected to exchange, and damn they give problems for the desktop support guys here. Only 2 iphone users, they don't have problems, except that they cannot connect to our internal wireless network as it brings the whole wireless network down as soon as they connect, but that is more a problem on the cisco wireless controller, and not the iphones.
