To be honest I think they're messing up their service bad time. I ordered something with a request for it to be delivered door to door which I paid for (expecting ram couriers to deliver it only to find out It is shipped with speedservices counter to counter who send it to the wrong post office after a 2 hour trace from my side as speedservices didn't have a clue)
Trying to get hold of expansys is imposible as their phonelines seems allways busy and when it is answered by a computer then the requested service is busy and it just rings and rings and rings
No more expansys buying from me and I will tell whoever wants to know about them as well to stay clear of them

Firstly, please allow us to clarify for you. As can be seen on our delivery page here -
www.expansys.co.za/delivery.aspx - we reserve the right to use alternative couriers when required.
Due to the time constraints with our door delivery shipments and our normal door-to-door courier provider not being able to collect the parcels at the required time, we made use of an alternative courier, namely Speed Services.
Your parcel was shipped directly to your door on a 10:30am service with full insurance as selected. We do have a physical copy of the waybill to furher prove the above.
We do apologise that you are unable to get through telephonically, unfortunately we are working on skeleton staff during this period however the volume of calls has only decreased slightly, we do encourage users to e-mail in queries which are responded to within 2-24hrs depending on the time the query is sent through to us.
We have received 3 consecutive e-mails from you within a 2 hour period. Your queries have been responded to you, within our planned response time.
We trust the above clarifies any issues you may have, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by change of courier provider which was done to ensure delivery of your parcel to you within the shortest possible timeframe during this week.
