Experienced C#, asp.net and SQL Server developers needed

Please look at the new legislation around offering Permanent Contracts before applying for these roles,Same work, same pay, same benefits should apply to these candidates. If you renew the contract annually then why not just make your developers permanent from the start, you will struggle to retain great developers as they will be seeking more challenging and more stable environments to work in.

We have no problems in retaining good developers. I have some who have been with the company for seven years.

We are fully aware of the legislation regarding permanent contracts and we follow the law. Our decision to appoint permanent contractors is not because of labour legislation but rather because of other factors in the highly skewed South African environment.

Care to elaborate?

That's what they always say.
The long and the short of it is, labour brokering is a dodgy practice. I have been caught by it once before, never again.

You get shafted with leave so, if you need to take a day off... hahahaha poor you, you won't get paid for that day.
You can be fired without any recourse, so no CCMA to come to your rescue. So if the place you work at, doesn't like your face, your hair or anything like that, bang.. you're on the street.
The company you work at, can decide to decrease your pay because of bugs in your code that month, and then deny you ever worked for them.

Shall I continue with the list?
