Hi. I have a Trendnet 435 which is about 4 years old. I think it's 54mbps and 30-100m range (just Googled it). I live in a house with thick walls but my laptop handles fine throughout. My iPhone drops signal a lot in odd places far from the router, which means I'm now getting big 3G data charges. Do I get a range extender to compensate or just get a new modem?
