Google tells me that "From 20 September 2017, customers can extend the validity of their data bundles indefinitely by simply purchasing another data bundle before the current one expires." Is this true for prepaid customers with a once-off data bundle? I have 1GB expiring tomorrow. How would I go about extending its validity? I can't see anything option on the Cell C website or app. What size bundle would I need to buy in order to extend the validity of my current bundle (which was the 6GB anytime + 5GB nite bundle)? Thanks!

Not sure if this applies to the bundle you have but If you go to your dashboard on the Cell C website, what do you see under My Account-My Bundles-Data Bundle Rollover?

Hi ros_B

You can roll the data over by dialing *109# then choosing the option for Data Roll over.

Damn.... left it too late... I thought expiry on 15 April meant at the end of the day on 15 April. Seems not. Data is all gone.

Yes, unfortunately Cell_C works like that.

Thanks for the reply, MP. I'm wondering - where on your website does it explain this? Because I couldn't find that information.
