Extreme delay to EU servers?

got this from axxess little while ago.....

There is no problem on the network. I have been haveing the same problem at home i play wow and have been getting 800-1000ms there could be a problem on there side.

Im getting much better latency on my MTN 3G atm than my iBurst Saix :S

Has Axxess logged tickets to these guys?

Getting average of 650ms today and spikes up to 800ms. Was 350-450ms two weeks ago :(
 
pings are still up to kuk tonight was on General in Uld went from 300ms to 600ms in a sec what is up with this and why cant the ISP's give us any decent info......
 
You should phone axxess and find out what going on. I am waiting response from iBurst.
 
I doubt it was through Saix, possibly MTN Business (Verizon)
 
my latency was fine this weekend, i just stayed on verizon, saix have gone for a ball of ****

Anybody having Huge Latency again tonight on the wow servers? it seemed like it was fixed but tonight its back to the way it was a week ago :(
 
yeah i had high lat had to leave uld25 this sucks big time
 
Is it just an Iburst Problem or are other peeps on other connections having the same problem? Might Be time to leave iburst as this is getting really annoying paying like R1200 a month for a connection that dont work properly
 
i have dsl 512 at home so no its not just an iburst problem
 
and all ISP's go though saix even IS at some point is linked to Saix cause i am having the same problems with my pings in wow on my axxess semi shaped account
 
I'm still having uber lag with my Axxess 626 and the Axxess unshaped account. It's like 1200ms +
 
Got lag over 1k ms , was dcing like a trooper on yogg 25-man and had to leave raid :(
 
Would help if u post latency report on Blizz Technical forums,or else we going to be stuck with this problem.
