Extreme delay to EU servers?

thought it would be better this morning, getting speeds of 1000-1400 spiking to 2800-3200, not really playable :(
 
Tbh on my side ot looks like an iburst problem did a couple of tests, 2 from two diffrent telkom lines with different Isp one mweb one Telkom and both lines had low latency and no timeouts.

then ran a test on iburst both in different locations one in Randburg the other in Fairlands both had an omni antenna and were fairly close to the iburst towers, Both had High Lantency and both had time outs. So yea its starting to look more like an iburst problem to me.

its so bad, that i cant even do battlegrounds anymore, saying goodbye till beter times are here :(
 
Fur can you post this to Shaun cause I dont get it either, but I do know iBurst uses Vodacom atm as an upstream provider. I have asked them now many times for another upstream provider so we can get back to play again..... Still no luck there, but I need more people to help with that one.

I have already yesterday but iam getting the feeling that its falling on deaf ears :(
 
Can raid in WoW max to 22:15 then lag spikes begin and gets unplayable.
I have no problems in lotro or vent.
 
yea its crap atm..... gonna cancel my iburst on monday, iam tired of there troublesome network and lack of support. Tried wow out on a telkom Line and mwed as the isp and ran a 100% better then on iburst
 
As I feared iBurst is going to lose more WoW gamers customers soon :(

Its not just me having the problem i think everybody running iburst is having a problem, i have done alot of test and the lag spikes that are happing on iburst are crazy, Any idea whats wrong on the network? Would just like to know if something is being done about it, dont want to wait for another month not knowing whats going on i rather just switch to adsl then
 
its not just Iburst not everyone on this thread is using iburst dude

I do relize that but i have found it to be worse on iburst then on telkom :), also thought this worth Mentioning i tried gamemax today and wow what a differnce in the game play raided uldar 25 and Wg with 200 -300 ms and no dc's :) might be to early to say that it works but i def can see the diffrence
 
WoW latency has always been a nightmare, recently 800 - 1k. Why the hell do we have to rely on the time of the day/night etc, for lowest latency to enjoy the game :(( Some of us go to the extent of paying for a proxy service to reduce the latency (yes me too).... utter BS! good thing my gametime recently expired :P
 
What ISP is everyone using and does your tracert to EU server travel through Level3 Europe, im curious.
