LOL, spraying the rosewater! No wonder they're not overly excited

Hey Killa our man showed how to drive from pole!
Rosberg had a wider racing line. Even on normal laps he used that racing line.
Will be surprised if Rosberg gets punished.
Yea sandman by far the most entertaining season ever, can you remember the days when there was no boost button and no drs, omg a bore fest of note now even the bahrain type races are exciting.
Seems it is just as well Eskom decided to do maintenence on Sunday. I would not have been a happy chappy to see Rosberg do that. If I understand what has been said here, you are allowed to defend your position, but it should never involve forcing someone off the track.
I must try and watch the highlights on youtube....

Make up your own mind...
Seeing it again I have to grant that neither Lewis nor Fernando were close to having any part of their car alongside Nico, but I still think it is utterly dangerous and unsportsmanlike behaviour. Notice the plumes of dust kicked up especially with the first incident - Haldex's excuse of it being a 'normal' racing line is balls. Also note how quickly Rosberg scampers back to the normal line.
He might've escaped punishment, but he has taken a dive in my estimation for what it's worth.
Do you see a difference in Nicos racing line in both those incidents? No.
Every time Rosberg was in this corner, even with Diresta, he used that racing line.
When Direst was chasing him 1second behind, he used that racing line, when Diresta tried to pass him he used the same racing line.
When you come out of that corner at speed chasing, you want to keep the car as straight as possible, hence Lewis and Alonso kept to the outside.
All the drivers knew there was concrete on the sides and the GP2 drivers exploited it in the previous race. Hamilton gained a place on Nico using the concrete, outside the white line.
It was Hamilton and Alonso trying to be smartasses.
But anyway, hope the FIA sees it like I do.
20.3 More than one change of direction to defend a position is not permitted. Any driver moving
back towards the racing line, having earlier defended his position off‐line, should leave at least
one car width between his own car and the edge of the track on the approach to the corner.
20.4 Manoeuvres liable to hinder other drivers, such as deliberate crowding of a car beyond the
edge of the track or any other abnormal change of direction, are not permitted.
If that wasn't Rosberg performing an abnormal change of direction I don't know what would qualify. That wholly aside, it was still unsportsmanlike and dangerous.
