The race did resume so was run as a shortened Full Race with full points.

In this case it is the "and can not be resumed" is the clause that the FIA are enforcing after the fact.

Mostly salty towards the absolute clown show that is the FIA this weekend. I think we all agree Max deserves this WDC, it's just been handled so horribly in every way this weekend, the FIA are absolutely useless.
