Not looking forward to Brad's movie, rather watching it live, moangat Sir and all.
Oh man, Hamilton moaning about Verstappen crossing the line with all of his car; he's done it again T9. Again T15...all the while he's busy doing it himself.
Getting that black and white flag was the best part of keeping him quiet. Bliss thereafter and it became racing again, instead of a kindergarten playground incident with tettle-tales.

Maybe Tim was miffed because Hamilton never won, and it might affect their movie they will be making. Maybe he felt like it was a chore to do so and was dragged kicking and screaming up there. Maybe he forgot he was at an F1 race which, generally, is full of excitement.
Maybe he's just an IndyCar fan.

Sky Sports commentator Ted Kravitz also chimed in, calling it "possibly the worst checkered flag-waving in Formula One history."

"All the wealth in the world, and all the iPhones and iPads, can't give you a strong wrist," he added.

Hot damn that's the roast to end all roasts!

Pretty normal behavior for any driver. You see something suspect, notify the team to investigate.

That aside though, I watched both driver cams multiple times nearing the end, not a single one of them exceeded track limits yet they were both given 3 strikes. To the FIA, it's less about rules and more about entertainment factor.

Finally got to watch the GP.

My word, Hamilton is a whiny little bitch! But I guess he had a good view of Verstappen being over the white lines from his own position over the white line!...

Maybe it was actually a bit of misdirection?

"Look everyone, Max is over the line. And again. And again, and there he goes again" (While I am doing the same thing myself)...

Would that not have been once they'd both been warned?

It does seem to happen that warnings the FIA give are delayed and then broadcast at a later stage which creates assumptions on the order of events which could be construed as being done in order to elevate the entertainment value.

Out of interest - Does anyone here know if the FIA provide public access to the race control/messaging system either live or after the race?

Very possible it was delayed, I didn't consider that but then the timing of the warnings were very coincidental.
